Doctor’s Transport Services provides non-emergency medical
transportation — wheelchair, stretcher, and ambulatory rides — for the
people of Sarasota County. We’re not a franchise of a national brand or a
rotating roster of app-based drivers.

We’re a locally owned patient transport company, based in the Nokomis
and Venice area, run by owners who are personally accountable for the service that carries our name.

A lot of medical transportation is booked through call centers far from the people actually being transported. We built the opposite. Our operations are overseen directly by the owners, so there’s no gap between who takes your call and who’s responsible for the ride. If something needs attention, it reaches someone who can act on it — not a queue. That accountability is why families and care teams trust us with the people who matter most to them.
